My stomach can not possibly get bigger. I'm amazed at how huge I feel. Although i've had two other children, it's been a while and one forgets these little details.
I feel so huge...and i've got 3 months to go or 12 weeks. The fact that i'm going to get much larger is disturbing me. I'm not worried about the scale...it's getting off the couch that i'm having problems with. Getting in and out of the car is another fun experience these days. Lets not even discuss the fact that I need a step ladder from my new bed. It's one of those high mattresses...sheesh..climbing into bed is NOT a pretty sight...it's actually very comical.
Another pregnancy phenomenom is people touching my belly. Yup...all of a sudden you body isn't your own. It's bad enough that i'm being kicked from the inside...but when people come and touch my belly I have to laugh. My friends little 5y/o daughter tried to look under my shirt because my belly is big. That was kinda cute, because once she realized I was watching her...she smiled in embarrasment. The 5y/o keeps asking me, "Is she out yet?"...that's really cute.
It was when my sister tried to lift my shirt in public to see my belly that I had to put my foot down!! Or rather...My shirt!! Sheesh!! When I got upset she looked at me like I was nuts..
How embarrasing.
The best is when everyone tells me ...OH you don't even look pregnant...I know they mean it as a compliment but my thought is..."How fat was I before I got pg?" sheesh...as soon as this little blessing is out...I'm back to the gym and I think i'm gonna go back to eating a Raw Diet.
Vent over...Thanx for the sympathy.

I can definitely relate - sixty pounds with my second. Blame it on the pregnancy. It will come off. I had a friend tell me once, "I've really got to hand it to you for losing all that weight. You didn't look pregnant, you looked fat!" Good thing I loved her, eh?
Good luck. I know it's hard to just enjoy, but this is the only time in your life that you can eat unlimited ice cream and nobody will say a thing!

Ah...thanks for the perspective!! Yes, i'll lose it...but I really haven't gained much weight...Only about 10 lbs...so i'm doing ok in that area..Don't get me wrong...I still have weight from before I was pg to lose..LOL
